Most asked Questions
User who wants to enjoy the content which they get provided don't have to pay anything. It is their own decision if they want to support and/or pay for the content they get provided, or not.
If you want to have your own Platform where you can create and sell your own courses, set up live-event and create content, then you can purchase a package. After then, you will get within 24h after purchase, your own Clubyte Platform as a Service.
After purchasing one of our Plans, we will create your Platform and set everything up for you.
We consider delivering your platform within 24h after purchasing. We will inform you via e-mail (please check your spam folder). If you didn't receive any confirmation, you can write a message at support@clubyte.live.
To receive your expected payments from your sold content, you have to connect your Stripe Account to our system. We use Stripe to handle the Payments inside the platform.
If you don't want to handle your stripe account and just wants to get earnings on your bank account, we can set up a stripe account for you. We will manage the payments and send out the earnings to your bank account, but we will charge 10% of the income, due to management work.
If you want that the management of the stripe payment system if on our site, you can just simply write an e-mail to support@clubyte.live with the fitting subject and your container url.
If your platform reach more than 10k of Monthly Active Users (MAU's), we will send an information mail to upgrade the plan. Otherwise, users cannot log in to your platform, additionally we will send you a bill with the details and expected costs per month.
One extra Users costs 0.05 CHF, but up to 10'000 Users would fit most customer, for that you will not get extra charged.
If your platform reaches more than 50 GB Bandwidth per month, when using our video call rooms. We will send you a bill with the details and expected costs.
One extra GB cost 0.2 CHF, but 50 GB would fit most customer, until then you will not get extra charged.
